Small space can still train big goals
You do not need a garage gym to build strength. Apartment and condo training can use a living room, hallway, building gym, patio, or small clear area.
The key is choosing exercises that fit the space without making the session feel cramped or disruptive.
Choose quiet, practical movements
Shared buildings may require quieter options. Slow strength work, bands, dumbbells, carries, step-ups, and controlled bodyweight movements can create a strong session without jumping or dropping weights.
A coach can build intensity through control and progression, not noise.
Use compact equipment
Adjustable dumbbells, bands, a mat, sliders, and a small bench can go a long way. You can add equipment over time only if it solves a real problem in the plan.
The goal is a setup you will actually use.
Plan around the building
If your building has stairs, a courtyard, or a small gym, those can become part of the plan. If not, your coach can still build around your room and schedule.
