Frequency should match the goal
Weekly training can work well for people who want structure, coaching, and a plan to follow between sessions. Twice weekly may help clients who want more accountability, faster skill practice, or less homework on their own.
More frequent support can make sense for specific goals, but it should still fit recovery and budget.
Consider what happens between sessions
If you are comfortable doing homework, weekly coaching may be enough. If you struggle to follow through alone, a higher frequency or extra accountability may be more useful.
The right answer depends on support needs, not willpower alone.
Recovery matters
More sessions are not automatically better if the body cannot recover or the schedule becomes stressful. A good plan balances challenge with repeatability.
A coach can adjust intensity, mobility, and homework so the week works as a whole.
